I have lots of great memories of glyn . .he was a friend I could tell anything to and often did . .I knew glyn for over 20 years . .from his first day at transport . when we worked together . and then played pool after work . . as if we didn't have homes to go to . .he told myself and Elizabeth many stories about what he did (work wise) but he really made us laugh when he told us about being a milkman and going to Blackpool . then forgetting where he was staying . . after drinking too much . .he would tell us how he was teaching marina English and she was teaching him Italian . .I remember when he first went to Italy . until he decided he was packing in work to go for good . . so I asked him if he was dying . . as it was a shock that he was going . but he said to me . no he wasn't dying . and he would tell me if he was . .he said he was just knackered . . I gave him a lift to the airport . . and was in tears as I gave him a hug . . I could go on forever . .he was a friend that I'll miss forever . . and will never forget .
